Kate Middleton has reportedly earned praise from the Queen for being thrifty with her spending and recycling items in her wardrobe
Kate Middleton has never been afraid to recycle an or outfit or two, and has happily stepped out in the same look on more than one occasion. And now it seems her thrifty habits have earned her praise from the Queen.
According to reports, the Queen is delighted with Kate's budget-friendly wardrobe, and feels she's setting a good example by wearing her clothes more than once.

The Duchess of Cambridge, who was spotted bagging a bargain in the French Connection sale earlier this month, is a firm fan of the high street, and has worn reasonably priced dresses for several high profile occasions since joining the Royal Family.
After wearing a blouse from high street store Whistles for one of her official engagement photographs, Kate went on to wear a run of dresses from Reiss - including the £175 Shola taupe number to meet President Obama.
Since her engagement, Kate Middleton has also worn several of her outfits on more than one occasion, including a £49 Zara dress first seen the day after the Royal Wedding, and a brocade dress coat which made its debut in 2006.

Last year, a friend of the Duchess of Cambridge reportedly revealed: 'The duchess is aware people are struggling in the current economic climate.
'Changing outfits for every engagement is simply not practical or affordable and would send the wrong message.'
The only question in the MC office today? What will Kate wear for the Diamond Jubilee celebrations on Saturday?
