Oh to be rich, famous and in the market for a shiny new property. When you’re so wealthy that you can take your pick of pretty much any house out there, why wouldn’t you pick a home that used to belong to Rihanna?
That’s exactly what John Legend and Chrissy Teigen thought to themselves, clearly, when they approached their Estate Agents, as they have just spent the weekend moving in to RiRi’s old pad.
The $14 million Beverly Hills mansion sprawls over 8,520 square feet and boasts five bedrooms, eight bathrooms a bar, a cinema, a snooker hall, a gym and a library. For real. See all the images in the gallery above.
The stunning pool area has views over the whole of Los Angeles and the ocean, and the house is covered in floor-to-ceiling windows to make the most of the gorgeousness.
John and Chrissy, who are expecting their first baby this spring, are planning to make the place their own, starting with a series of renovations over the weekend. And remember folks, new home struggles are real, even for the A-list.
‘We're trying to get the house ready before the baby gets here,’ John told ET. ‘I don't know if we're gonna get done in time! But we're gonna live in a house that's at least, you know, 90 percent finished by the time baby's here.’

When asked on Twitter why she was (pretty much the only star) not in attendance at the Golden Globes last night, Chrissy blamed the couple’s busy weekend.
‘Eating donuts in our new, empty home, making the same face’ she replied to a picture of herself, pulling a sad face.
‘We also currently have no television. I'm just staring forward.’
