The blooming mum-to-be had revealed the technique has helped her to ‘chill’
As she prepares to welcome baby number two, blooming mum-to-be Jessica Alba has spilled the beans on her pregnancy secrets, revealing she is a huge fan of Hypnobirthing classes.
The A-list starlet has credited the classes with helping her ‘chill’ ahead of the birth of her second baby, with Hollywood hubby Cash Warren.
Ms Alba, who attends the weekly sessions near her home in Beverley Hills, says she’d definitely recommend the technique to other expectant mums, as a way to relax ahead of the big day.
‘It's different for everyone, although I do recommend the hypnobirthing classes,’ Jessica told Us Weekly at a store opening in Beverly Hills.
‘I highly recommend it. It just makes you chill.’
