The actress has purchased a gorgeous mansion in Bel Air
Jennifer Aniston has just spent $21million a new home for herself and boyfriend Justin Theroux in the Bel Air area of Los Angeles.
The mansion, which is set in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains, boasts four bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, unobstructed city and ocean views, a separate guest house, a pool, a vineyard and wine cellar and a cinema room.
The plush pad was originally on the market for nearly $25million but the savvy actress managed to seal the deal for $21million.
When it comes to the property market, Aniston has proved that she knows exactly what she's doing. In a shrewd move, the 42-year-old sold her Beverly Hills home last year, which she originally bought in 2006 for $13.5million, for $37million.
The star and Theroux have been plagued with a series of rumours recently that Aniston is pregnant with her first child, but they are yet to either confirm or deny them.
One thing's for sure, there'll be plenty of room for a nursery in their new pad.
