Proving that he's not one to take sides, George Clooney invited Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux to join him on his private jet this week, despite the fact he's close friends with Jen's ex, Brad Pitt.

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux were spotted boarding the aircraft in Switzerland on Wednesday alongside Clooney and his girlfriend, Stacy Keibler.

TMZ.com has published the candid photos of the foursome making their way on to the charted jet.

It's the first time Jennifer Aniston and George have been seen together in many years and it's always been thought that's down to the actor's close friendship with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

Just the night before George had enjoyed dinner with Pitt at an Italian restaurant called Pazzia in Berkshire.

Jennifer and her boyfriend, Justin, have been travelling around Europe this month, visiting Paris, Rome and Capri.
