Of all the images we thought we'd see when we woke up this morning, Jamie Dornan's impressive arm muscles wasn't one of them - but we're so glad it was.
The real life (sort of) Christian Grey shared this impossible-looking plank on his Twitter page, where he is somehow lifting his entire body with just his arms. His lovely, lovely arms.

Iron Fit is a gym in Belfast, where Jamie was training when this photo was taken. Clearly, the pic has caused as much of a stir in Belfast as it has in the Marie Claire office, as the gym retweeted a member's post: 'Not one but two paparazzi outside @Ironfit_tv waiting to spot @JamieDornan - think he's resting his muscles after yesterday's workout'.
If only we were in Belfast too...
