So far, 2011 has been a busy year for Jake Gyllenhaal. The Hollywood hot star has been romantically linked to everyone from Taylor Swift to Rachel Bilson and Jenny Lewis, and now it seems there could be a new girl on the block – über cool Brit actress Carey Mulligan.
The romance rumour mill first swung into action earlier this week, when the A-list pair were spotted cosying up on a super-secret date night.
According to onlookers, Jake and Carey snuck into a small Mumford and Sons gig at a private venue in Nashville – the home of Jake’s country singer ex-girlfriend, Taylor Swift,
And after enjoying the Brit band’s singing talents, it’s though Jake treated Carey to dinner out, at Nashville’s smart City House restaurant.
And this isn’t the first time Jake and Carey have been spotted out and about together.
Just last week they both attended the opening night of the Three Sisters Broadway show in New York, which stars Jake’s sister Maggie, and her hubby Peter Sarsgaard.
