Rumours were flying as One Direction performed on Saturday Night Live for the first time
Hearts were heard breaking all over the world as rumours emerged over the weekend that One Direction's Harry Styles was dating little known American singer Lily Halpern.
It was being reported that the very handsome 18-year-old had been 'getting serious' with Halpern and that they'd been spotted on a series of dates in New York City.

But 1D fans can rest easy because Harry's representative has denied that the pair even know each other.
The spokesperson said: '[I've] never heard of her before.' Before uttering the magical words: 'Harry is single.'

Meanwhile, the One Direction boys continued their charm offensive on the young ladies of America with a performance on Saturday Night Live this weekend.
