Choosing to lose the pounds the healthy way, Jennifer started working out five times a week with a trainer and embarked on a Weight Watchers plan, for which she is the spokesperson.

'It's not a diet, it's really a way of living that teaches you better skills' she told InStyle Makeover magazine, 'For years I felt like I could never have ice cream, but I can eat ice cream occasionally now!'
And she's clearly thrilled with her new physique - describing how her shape still takes her by surprise, she raved: 'I'm like, wow! This is what I look like?'
