Want to know how Scarlett Johansson and Gwyneth Paltrow got toned and trim for their Iron Man 2 close-ups?
The leading ladies show off enviously flawless physiques in the movie sequel, but they didn't achieve their screen-siren bods without some hard work.
For Ms Johansson, who had to slip into an ultra-unforgiving catsuit for her role as the Black Widow, this meant embarking on a gruelling regime.
'I was very proud to be in the catsuit,' the starlet told People. 'I worked really hard to get there, and by the time I put it on, it was like, "If I don't look good in this catsuit now, I should just never wear it." You've just got to own it.'
So how did she prepare for that skintight all-in-one? 'Lots of strength training, lots of fight training, lots of stunt training - and lots of pain!'

Gwynnie, who showed off her picture-perfect pins in a thigh-skimming, Armani short suit at the premiere, meanwhile called on the help of trainer to the stars, Tracy Anderson. '[Tracy[ killed me! She kicked my butt!' she told People.
Although the actress missed out on any body-hugging superhero suits, she did tone up in preparation for a lingerie scene, which ended up on the cutting room floor.
'Originally there was a scene - it was like a fantasy scene - and I was in lingerie, and I was so panicked. I thought, "Okay, I really have to get in good shape,"' she revealed, 'And then it ended up getting cut out and I was already in such good shape that I had to keep going.'
Anderson's dance workouts have a loyal A-list following. She famously trained Madonna in preparation for her Confessions tour, while Kristin Davis attributes her Sex and the City physique to the regime.
But you don't have to possess an A-list budget to test out Tracy's methods. Her fitness DVD means you can get that Hollywood bod, all from the comfort of your own sitting room.
