During dramatic scenes, Heidi Klum saved her drowning son and nannies from a heavy riptide in Hawaii over Easter.
The German model sprang into action during a day out at the beach with her brood when oldest son Henry got caught up in a dangerous riptide, with a bikini-clad Heidi rushing into the water and pulling him and two of their nannies to the safety of the shore.
Klum had been enjoying a a relaxing vacation in paradise with her four children- Leni, 8, whom she had with Flavio Briatore, and Henry, Johan, 6, and Lou, 3, whom she had with ex-husband Seal- and bodyguard-boyfriend Martin Kristen when the scary incident happened.
'We got pulled into the ocean by a big wave. Of course, as a mother, I was very scared for my child and everyone else in the water,' Heidi told US Weekly in a statement, adding that Henry was able to swim back to land, and all got out of the water safely.
'Henry is a strong swimmer and was able to swim back to land. We were able to get everyone out safely,' the 39-year-old Project Runway star said.
