Heather Mills failed to donate promised millions to landmine charity
Heather Mills has been branded a liar, after failing to donate millions of pounds from her massive divorce settlement, which she had promised to a landmine charity.
Mills claimed that she would hand over 'a large majority' of the £24.3 million settlement she received from ex-husband Paul McCartney to the charity, Adopt-A-Minefield. She is a patron of the organisation, which helps to clear mines from former warzones.
During the public court battle, her representative said, 'Most of the money Heather has ever received goes towards supporting her various charities, the main being Adopt-A-Minefield.'
Now The Sun has uncovered Mills hasn't handed over a penny, since receiving the windfall six months ago.
A source revealed to the paper, 'They have waited in vain for their millions. She's had plenty of time but sadly it's yet another untruth by the queen of lies.'
This is the latest in a series of episodes that have damaged Mills's already battered reputation.

Her former PR Michele Elyzabeth recently claimed that Mills embarked on a bitter smear campaign in an attempt to ruin McCartney's reputation.
Commenting on her former client of four years, Elyzabeth said, 'She is a calculating, pathological liar and the biggest bitch on the planet.'
