Halle Berry has been ordered to pay a monthly child support of $20k to her ex-boyfriend for their daughter.
The ongoing battle between the actress and Gabriel Aubry over their four-year-old daughter Nahla has resulted in a Los Angeles court ordering Berry to pay monthly support.
Aubry is set against Halle's plans to move their daughter to France, where she says there is less invasive paparazzi, and the custody decision will be made later this year.
She said: 'Laws that protect children, protect right to privacy. All I want is for my family and myself to have a normal life. When I'm not at work, that's very important to me.'
TMZ reports that lawyers for both parties were in court Monday (June 18), where a family law judge has ordered Berry to pay Aubry $20,000 (£12,700) a month.
The pair split in 2010 and the actress has yet to comment publicly on her legal battle with Aubry.
