How do we support Movember? #Misstache is about grabbing a bit of hair and putting it across your upper lip and maybe taking a selfie. It’s a way for girls to get involved as well for support of men’s health. I have teamed up with Aussie this year to support our Mo Bro's.
Gym or Class? Class. I go to the Skinny Bitch Collective because it’s fun, for more well-being than anything else. If I’m really stressed or I’m having a hard day and your head is all over the place, organized exercise with your friends relieves it. I just kind of giggle my way through it.
Charts or Classics? Classics. Upbeat classics like Eye of the Tiger and Coleen. Something that’s fast.
Diet or No Diet? No Diet. I’m very aware of what’s good for you and what’s not. It’s all about balance for me. You can’t stop yourself from having nice tasty bits, I have weird taste buds anyway, I quite like vegetables and fruit and I’m not a fan of red meat. I like fish and I love vegetarian meals and stuff like that, but that’s what my taste buds are anyway. I love Ben And Jerry’s.
Cook or Restaurants? Cook when I can! I do I find it hard to cook because of time, but I like throwing dinner parties for a few people. A friend of mine Tash has a cook book, Honestly Healthy, and I'm working my way through that.
Blonde or Brunette? I have been almost every colour in one stage of my life and I feel blonde is more me. I had my hair much darker when I was younger. I used to do a bit of modelling and have it dyed different colours - I found I wore lots more makeup when I was dark, so I feel a bit more natural with blonde hair.

BB Cream or Foundation? BB Cream. Maybelline do a really nice one - it's really good value. And then my favourite foundation is Sheer Luminous from Armani. I learnt young that caking on make-up with padsticks is not a good look.
Mani or shellacs? I like getting shellacs, especially if you're going away for a while, because it stays on for a bit. I always like having nail stuff on somehow, something funky like metallic or brights.
Role model? I grew up on Davina McCall - she's amazing, I'm very lucky that I've met her many times - she's one of the nicest people, so hardworking and has had such an amazing career. I still go into shock…
