Look out, Lena Dunham. New pal Idris Elba is the latest Hollywood star to have his sights set on a Girls cameo...
Lena Dunham has bagged herself another admirer in British actor, Idris Elba, who's already eyeing up a cameo in Girls.
As Victoria Beckham's rumoured appearance continues to be the talk of TV land, the Long Walk to Freedom star is also keen to land a role in Lena's hit show.
The unlikely pair hit it off instantly on The Graham Norton Show last week, and appear to have developed quite the adorable friendship since.
Tweeting the Girls creator, Idris wrote: '@lenadunham Very funny woman. Can I come do a scene on your show?...i promise, NO selfies...:) (sic).'
Before the American star replied saying: '@idriselba You are a pure pleasure, an honor to share the couch with you #selfiesforever
'PS thank you for calling me a woman, it made me feel all tingly inside

You can't underestimate the power of a tingly feeling, that's for sure.
Talking about her time on the celebrity sofa with Idris, Lena told her fans after the show: '"Idris smells great but I had the restraint not to say it on television (only on twitter).'
We are loving this new starry-eyed friendship. Almost as much as we'd love to see Idris Elba make a cameo on Girls. C'mon Lena Dunham, make it happen...
