Gigi Hadid's surprising singing career
Did you know?
Did you know?
Unless you've been living under a rock for the last few years, you'll know that Gigi Hadid is one of the most successful models of the moment.
But what you probably don't know is that she had a short career as a singer, having featured on Josh Groban's 2007 hit Christmas album, Noël. Gigi most likely got the gig because at the time, Josh's producer, David Foster, was married to Gigi's mum, Yolanda.
The supermodel features on two of the album's songs, Little Drummer Boy and I'll Be Home For Christmas. Have a listen to them both below and listen out for young Gigi's vocals.

If you're not paying attention then it's easy to miss where Gigi comes in, but if you listen carefully, you can hear her doing the backing vocals of 'rum-pum-pum-pum' several times throughout the classic Christmas song.

In an emotional version of the famous holiday tune, Gigi makes an appearance to give a very sweet holiday message just before the 4 minute mark: 'Hi Daddy. Mommy, Bella and I are wrapping presents to put under the tree, and we saved one especially for you. We miss you a lot and we hope that you can come home soon. Merry Christmas!' Too cute.
It's really not uncommon for celebs to have had a singing career at some point, and many stars have dabbled in the world of music. For example, Emily Blunt's career could have been very different, as she almost became a pop star instead of an actress. Who knew?
With Christmas now less than six weeks away (SO exciting), we know you'll be adding these two to your Christmas playlist ASAP to get yourself in the festive mood. You're welcome.
Clearly Gigi Hadid is a woman of many, many talents.
