Gwyneth Paltrow is bringing Goop sex to an inbox near you (today)
Let’s be honest, the words ‘Goop’ and ‘sex’ don’t conjure the best imagery, but hey, she's trying

She’s been advising us on how to eat, exercise and shop for bed sheets for years now courtesy of her lifestyle website Goop, and now Gwyneth Paltrow is going to tell us how to have sex. Well, sort of.
Confirming the news, a rep for Goop said in a statement released last week, that the Goop newsletter out today (May 9th) will feature the first ever sex issue. Apt for someone who introduced us to Vagina steaming.
Apparently, it will include both round-ups of the best sex toys and ‘erotic theatres,’ with a ‘Goop spin' **insert an organic courgette joke, here**
The statement also revealed that there will be an informative piece about the parabens found in lube brands, which have been reported to upset a woman’s internal pH and beneficial microbes, making her more prone to harmful organisms. Yikes!
The move towards Goop Sex is said to been inspired by her recent interview with Self magazine, in which she reminded everyone that she does indeed have sex and live her life: ‘We have this idea that you can’t be a mother and a businesswoman and like to have sex!’ She told the mag.
‘Like, “Gwyneth has sex? Really?”' She continued: 'It doesn’t seem to go together. But I think it’s important, as mothers and as women contributing to society in what way we each are, that our true sexuality doesn’t get lost or put aside.’

And she doesn’t just like to talk about sexuality, she also likes to add extra special ingredients to her morning smoothie to keep her, well, in the mood, we suppose.
In March she posted the ingredients to her Moon Dust Breakfast Smoothie, which included, among many other wonder powders and products, Sex Dust, which the actress simply said was ‘for, you know.’ We guess we know… but at the same time we don’t really.
But whatever. We're ready to learn. Bring it on Gwyn.
