Gerard Butler has 'returned home and is in good health' following his visit to rehab, where it is believed he was treated for substance abuse issues.
The 42-year-old Scottish actor spent three weeks at the Betty Ford Clinic in California after allegedly becoming overly reliant on perscription drugs.
'Gerard has completed a successful course of treatment and has returned home in good health,' Butler's representative, Rupert Fowler, told Radar Online. 'We will not be making any further comment at this time.'
It was straight back to business for the Hollywood A-lister who attended the Weinstein Company pre-Oscars party on Saturday, just one day after his release from the clinic.
The actor turned up to the glitzy gathering at Soho House in West Hollywood on his own but eyewitnesses say he looked happy and spent the night chatting to a number of women, according to the New York Post he told one: 'I feel pretty good.'

On Sunday a dapper looking Butler also attended the Vanity Fair Oscar party - and we can confirm he certainly looks pretty good!
It is believed the star decided to seek professional help after injuries sustained while shooting the action movie 300 in 2006 were exacerbated when he escaped death during a surfing stunt in December 2011, leaving him reliant on pain relief.
Gerard had been shooting scenes for his upcoming movie, Men of Mavericks, when he was thrown off his surfboard and hit by a succession of 12-foot high waves, before being dragged from the water and rushed to hospital, where he spent the night.
