George and Amal Clooney are now parents - with twins!

George Clooney’s officially a DILF
Congratulations are in order for the Clooney family - they’ve just welcomed two tiny bundles of joy into the world. George Clooney and his wife, human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, are officially parents to Ella and Alexander who were born just this Tuesday morning.
Their spokesperson Stan Rosenfield confirmed the news in a hilariously cheeky email to USA Today, saying, ‘This morning Amal and George welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into their lives. Ella, Alexander and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine. George is sedated and should recover in a few days.’
For a while, it seemed as if Clooney's self-titled 'single man' status was here to stay, but after meeting Amal, his stance on getting married and settling down changed. After dating for a little while, the couple - who met through a mutual friend - were married in 2014, and the notoriously private couple have kept relatively quiet about Amal’s pregnancy, until now.
George has said a lot about how being with Amal has changed him, and said of his proposal, ‘I knew fairly quickly that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with Amal (but) we had never talked about it so there wasn’t like a “Hey, maybe we should get married.”'
'Literally, I dropped it on her. And she just kept saying, 'Oh my god,' and “Wow” – completely unexpected. We just sat there and finally I said, “Listen, I’m 52 and I’ve been on my knee now for about 28 minutes, so I gotta get an answer out of this or I’m going to throw a hip out. I might not be able to stand back up.'''
Amal has been an inspiring working mother, working tirelessly throughout her pregnancy to fight against ISIS and shine a light on their human rights violations at the UN. Looks like George might have to brush up on his swaddling skills - mama’s got work to do.
