The model denies comparing Jen to aging rockstar Iggy Pop on the social networking site, claiming it was all a misunderstanding.
Elisabetta's alleged Tweet read: 'I'm browsing again through the pages of Rolling Stone. Iggy Pop on the cover looks exactly like Jennifer Aniston.'
Oh dear.
But just hours later Elisabetta scrambled to clear the matter up after hearing about the mishap.
