It's well known that everyone must bow to Her Majesty the Queen, including members of the royal family.
That's right, there are no family exceptions here, as even Princes William and Harry must bow to their grandmother. Can you imagine?
Understandably, the littlest royals don't have to bow or curtsy to the sovereign right off the bat as they are so young.
But they have to learn fairly soon into their childhood –something which Prince George and Princess Charlotte will soon find out.
It turns out that there is a starting age for when royal children must bow to the Queen, according to royal historian Marlene Eilers Koenig.
'Certainly by age five,' she told Her. 'The only person they will curtsy or bow to is the sovereign.

Seeing as George just celebrated his fifth birthday, this means he's sure to start bowing to his great-granny very soon.
That said, there are some royal protocols that the young royal is not aware of; this is the huge secret Kate and William are keeping from him.
Younger brother Louis, on the other hand, has a little while to perfect his bow, seeing as he's only three months old.
Not sure we could imagine having to curtsy to our grandmas every time we went round for Sunday lunch...
