The stunning actress carried a simple white bouquet of trailing roses, and chose a long, flowing white veil.
After the short ceremony in the beautiful village of Zuheros in Andalucia, the newlyweds were driven away in an open-top vintage car, decorated with white wedding ribbons.
The couple got engaged just last year, after Stefano - a fashion sales manager - popped the question to his bride-to-be at Download music festival.
And in the past Gemma gushed that it was love at first sight.
‘I remember going home the night after I met him and writing in my diary that I'd met the man I'm going to marry,' she revealed last year.
‘I gave that diary entry to him for his birthday two weeks later. But it didn't freak him out, because he was thinking the same thing.
‘I just really want to spend the rest of my life with him. He's an amazing man.'
Congratulations to the happy couple!
