Earlier this week, Gaga revealed she had finally finished work on her hotly-anticipated second offering, to follow up her latest single.
‘In Nebraska, finishing up record today. I'm so proud of the album: I keep dancing+drinking: metal/techno rock journey of a woman on the run,’ she told fans on Twitter.
And yesterday, she took to the social networking site once again, to post the grainy new promotional snap, alongside the caption: ‘BORN THIS WAY’.
The digitally altered new image – the first album artwork to be released - reveals Gaga looking seriously gaunt, with hollowed cheeks, sunken eyes, and an unusually thin frame.

Yesterday, the outlandish Lady admitted she was losing her hair, after dying it blonde too often.
The starlet told told American magazine People that she's planning to 'get a chemical haircut because my blonde hair is falling out'.
