Ever since Robert Pattinson finally confirmed he’s set to star upcoming David Cronenberg flick Cosmopolis, we’ve been waiting eagerly for the first onset snap to arrive. And now it's finally here…

Rob plays highflying financier Eric Packer in the movie, tipped for release sometime next year.
The dramatic-sounding storyline sees Eric risk his vast fortune in bet on the currency market, which lands him in the centre of a fierce assassination plot.
And, of course, there is a love story along the way.
Earlier this month, Rob’s love interest was revealed as (Kristen Stewart, look away now!) little-known actress Sarah Gadon.
The 24-year-old blonde beauty features in the very first official picture – which comes direct from the Cosmopolis set – of the handsome duo in the back of taxi.
The pair only began work on the new movie on Wednesday, but director’s daughter Caitlin Cronenberg managed to get a sneaky snap of Rob and Sarah in straight away. Good work.
Actor Paul Giamatti is also rumoured to be starring in the flick - Based on Don DeLillo's novel – along with Juliette Binoche and Samantha Morton.
