Ever wondered how Glee girl Lea Michele gets her gorgeous figure? Look no further. The starlet’s become the face of Nike’s training app, and has teamed up with top trainers to create a brand new workout.
LEA MICHELE’S STYLE HIGHS AND LOWS
Available via Nike’s recently launched training club app, Lea’s super-simple workout takes just 15 minutes, and can be done without a gym or running machine in sight.
And the actress has revealed the easy to follow fitness plan is all she needs to stay in shape when she’s out at work, or on the road.
‘The 15-minute workout was designed specifically for Lea by Nike Master Trainer Marie Purvis as a super efficient, total body workout that targets the entire body,’ a spokesman explained.
‘Given Lea's schedule, she often only has a few minutes to try and get a workout in, so this 15 minute workout was created for her to maximize her time and effort.’
