In an exclusive interview with Marie Claire, Mendes explains that she wasn’t ashamed of the racy Calvin Klein adverts that were banned in the States [owing to too much nudity].
‘You can’t show your nipples, apparently, in the States,’ says Mendes, genuinely annoyed at the storm that greeted her recent Calvin Klein commercial.
‘But you can blow up anything you please in a movie or on TV,’ she adds.
‘I love my curves and I embrace them,’ exclaims the actress.

However, despite being supremely confident of her body shape – and you’d have to be with the 35-year-old’s seriously honed physique – Eva admits that with her voluptuous silhouette ‘things can go distasteful in seconds – I have to walk a fine line,’ she confesses.
So what is it that’s given the Hitch star that extra confidence boost? Could it be the regular therapy the star confesses to?
‘I love therapy! I’m very into it. I’m very in touch with my feelings, so I’m a completely different person,’ admits Mendes.
‘Not that different, but there’s nothing like going in and sitting down and talking to someone who has no emotional tie to your life. Just to talk to someone. It’s amazing.’
