Another film screening, and it’s another fashion thumbs up from us as Emma Stone hit the red carpet in London last night for the premiere of The Help.
The pretty starlet wore a white floor-length dress embellished with black sequinned polka dots and unusual cut-out panels by Italian label, Luca Luca, which she teamed with a skinny black belt cinching in her waist and a pair of black strappy sandals.
For her beauty look, meanwhile, Emma wore her red hair in a side-parting in soft waves, her foundation natural and dewy, finished off with some black eyeliner and a flash of classic red lipstick.
Emma was joined on the red carpet by her co-stars in The Help, including Octavia Spencer, Viola Davies and Tate Taylor.
The film is the eagerly-anticipated big screen adaptation of Kathryn Stockett’s best-selling novel set in civil rights era Mississippi, which tells the story of African American maids working in white households during the 1960s.
As well as The Help, the last few months have also seen the release of hit films Friends with Benefits, and Crazy, Stupid, Love, which has seen Emma’s career skyrocket. But the one that’s really expected to catapult her to superstardom is next year’s The Amazing Spider-Man, in which she stars alongside Andrew Garfield in the latest movie adaptation of the comic book hero.
