Brits fair well in the Producers Guild nominations with Downton Abbey, Sherlock and Skyfall all in the running for success.
With the Oscars looming, all eyes will be on the Producers Guild Awards later this month for an indication of which big picture winner might take home that prestigious gold statue.
In the PGA motion picture category, long-standing James Bond producer siblings Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson are nominated for Skyfall, making it the first Bond film to be nominated for the top prize at the awards.
Also hoping to win big at the PGA's are Downton Abbey's producers, including creator Julian Fellowes, who are up for the Outstanding Producer of Episodic Television, Drama award against American shows such as Mad Men, Homeland and Game of Thrones.
