Amy’s 15-year-old Goddaughter paid tribute to the late singer on Twitter
Amy Winehouse’s goddaughter Dionne Bromfield has led a deluge of celebrity tributes to the singer, who died on Saturday, aged 27.
The 15-year-old, who was supported on stage by Amy just last week and has cancelled her tour following the sad news, yesterday posted a message on Twitter.
'Forever in my heart....love you always #amy ♥,' she wrote.
Tributes to the Black to Black singer have flooded in since she was found dead at her home in Camden on Saturday, with celebrities from the world of music, film and fashion alike taking to Twitter to express their sadness.
Amy’s close friend Mark Ronson wrote: ‘She was my musical soulmate and like a sister to me. This is one of the saddest days of my life,’ while Lily Allen added: ‘Its just beyond sad, there's nothing else to say. She was such a lost soul, may she rest in peace.’
Russell Brand wrote a lengthy tribute to Amy on his website, documenting his first meeting with the singer.
