The actress is on 'total lockdown' in a Utah treatment clinic, according to reports
Troubled actress Demi Moore has checked into a Utah rehab clinic, seeking treatment for 'an eating disorder and addiction issues,' according to reports.

It's thought the star arrived at the exclusive Cirque Lodge centre - which has treated the likes of Eva Mendes and Lindsay Lohan - following her release from hospital last week.
'She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people,' one insider told E!.
'It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help.'
The actress had been being treated at the Sherman Oaks Hospital in California, where she was rushed, following an emergency call, last Monday night.

At the time, her spokesman said: 'Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.
'She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.'
The Ghost actress announced she was divorcing the Two and a Half Men star in November after he allegedly cheated on her with 22-year-old student Sara Leal.
She has yet to comment on the latest reports.
