First tweets since their separation

They were once two of the most popular and active celebrity tweeters but since separating earlier this month, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have gone cold Twitter turkey. Until now.

In a rather a telling tweet, Demi left a message to fans about feeling unappreciated.

Demi, who announced her separation from husband of six-years Ashton after allegations he had numerous affairs, said to fans: 'Why do we have only 1 day for giving thanks? Is that why so many people feel unappreciated? Make this 1 of 365 days of Thanksgiving!'

Ashton also broke his Twitter silence on Thanksgiving day, tweeting: 'I’m thankful for family, friends, you, & time to reach my potential. What are you thankful for? #thanksgiving'

On November 17th, Demi released a statement confirming the end of her marriage to the Two and a Half Men actor, saying: 'As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life.'
