Just weeks after splitting with Brian McFadden, rumour has it Delta has a new – much younger – leading man in her life
Just eight weeks after splitting with ex-Westlife singer Brian McFadden, the rumour mill has gone in to overdrive amid reports that Australian singer Delta Goodrem has a new – and much younger! – man in her life - none other than Disney star Nick Jonas.
The 26-year-old blonde beauty was spied holding hands with the 18-year-old singer as they emerged from a cinema in West Hollywood yesterday.
And the pair made no effort to hide their PDA as the left the complex, smiling coyly for the waiting cameras.
It’s thought Delta met the youngest Jonas Brother, who has dated Miley Cyrus in the past, while working on her latest album in the US.
And although rumours of a romance have been circulating for several weeks, this is the first time Delta and Nick have been snapped out and about together.
The pictures have already caused a stir amongst Jonas Brothers fans the US, keen to point out the singer is no longer wearing his purity ring.
Nick began wearing the silver band – along with brothers Joe, 21 and Kevin, 23 in 2008, as a sign of their 'promise to God to stay pure until marriage'.
We'll say no more.
Delta and ex-fiancé Brian McFadden called time on their seven-year union, and 'mutually decided to end their relationship back in April, and confirmed their split in an Australian newspaper.
The message revealed the couple parted ways after ‘a lot of soul searching,’ adding that they had simply grown apart.'
When news of the split was announced, Brian Tweeted thanks to his former fiancé, asking for support from fans.
‘I love Delta and always will. She is one of God's living angels. I thank her for giving me the best years of my life. Please give us time x’ he wrote.
