David Walliams approached to star in the latest film in the Twilight Saga - Breaking Dawn
Could David Walliams be the latest Brit to join the Twilight cast?
The TV funny man has reportedly been approached and asked to audition for a role in Breaking Dawn - the fourth film in the Twilight saga, which would see him star alongside leads Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.
Apparently, Walliams is being sought for the role of a vampire, The Sun claims. Which character he is being considered for though remains under wraps.
A source revealed to the paper: '(Producers) thought him suitable when they saw him play the evil charmer in the drama Capturing Mary.'
Breaking Dawn is expected to start filming at the end of this year, and will be based on the fourth and final Twilight book. Rumours suggest that rather than film the novel as one flick, the book might be split into two separate movies.
