For years Daniel Radcliffe's name as been solely linked to Harry Potter, but the star took one big step in distancing himself from the franchise at the premiere of Woman In Black last night.
The actor took to the red carpet for the world premiere at London's Royal Festival Hall on the Southbank.
His part as Arthur Kipps in the classic ghost story is his first adult film role and it marks a big transition in the 22-year-old's life post-Harry Potter.
Of the role, Radcliffe has previously said: 'Obviously it's the first film after Potter. I look very different - it's a very different type of film. I don't really think of it as a reinvention, it's just more of like the first step in the rest of my career.'
Since Harry Potter, the young actor has received good reviews for his work in the Broadway shows Equus and How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying.
He may not have had his former co-stars, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, by his side last night but Radcliffe had no problem entertaining the waiting fans.
