Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have taken their soppy PDAs to another level by renewing their wedding vows in Paris
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary by renewing their vows in an over-the-top ceremony in Paris.
In a rather odd move, the couple invited press along to capture their special moment at the lavish Hotel Plaza Athenee.
Mariah, 42, and Nick, 31, wore matching monochrome ensembles for the photocall, with the singer looking very glam in a white fishtail gown that she'd accessorised with a £200,000 diamond necklace.
Their twin children, who turn one this week, were in Paris for the happy occasion but were luckily spared the cringe-inducing spectacle that was their parents' wedding vow renewal.
Phew!

Speaking about the ceremony, Carey wrote on Twitter: 'I can’t express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel Tower.
'Thank you so much to all the fans who came out as always and showed their love and support. I love you'
The couple got married at a private resort in the Bahamas on April 30, 2008 and, like other celebrity couples before them, celebrate by renewing their vows every year.
