She's one of the most recognisable TV actresses in the world, so it perhaps comes as little surprise that Courteney Cox-Arquette has admitted to regular use of botox...
The actress confirmed she'd succombed to the facial fillers in a new interview with InStyle US, saying: 'Ageing gracefully is one thing, but trying to slow it down is another.'

'Sometimes I use botox,' she admits. 'Compared to most, I use it very sparingly.'
'One time, I did too much though. I feel weird if I can't move my face, and that one time I overdid it, I felt trapped in my own skin,' she says.
'I don't have a problem with any of that stuff; if it makes you feel better about yourself, and it's done properly, then fine.'

The actress then goes on to admit that she has attended couple's therapy sessions with her husband of 11 years, David Arquette.
'We've done couple's therapy in the past,' she says. 'We're not lazy about our marriage. We have the same arguments we've had for years.'
She also reveals her secret for a long and happy marriage: independence.
'We have fun together and separately,' she says. 'We each have all the freedom in the world, which makes for a very comfortable relationship.'
'It's easy for people to just coexist, especially when you have such different interests and work lives. You have to make an effort to stay connected, and that's something we work at.'
