Chrissy Teigen just shared the cutest video of Baby Luna dancing to a John Legend song
Great taste in music, Luna. Great taste
Great taste in music, Luna. Great taste
A Legend has been born! Chrissy Teigen and John Legend welcomed a baby girl Thursday, 14th April, naming her Luna Simone Stephens. And Chrissy has been documenting Luna's progress, in all her adorable glory, along the way.
Now, Baby Luna may only be a few years old, but she’s already demonstrating a seriously advanced sense of rhythm, along with an impeccable taste in music.
Chrissy Teigen posted an Instagram video of Luna dancing (we say ‘dancing’ in the loosest possible sense, ‘wiggling with purpose’ may be a more accurate description) to her dad’s 2013 song, The Beginning, and it is just about the cutest thing we’ve seen today.
It's worth listening to the lyrics playing in the background, which go a little something like this: ‘Plans to do it 'til we have a baby. Even if the world is crazy. Pick some names, boy or girl’… John Legend, the ultimate forward planner.

Chrissy announced Luna's arrival with the happy news: 'She’s here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy.'
Yup, childbirth will do that to you.
Along with the announcement, Chrissy posted a screen showing her newborn daughter’s weight, 6lb 11oz.
In typically wry fashion (oh, how we heart Chrissy on social media!) the new mum later added on Twitter: 'To everyone asking, John is healing perfectly,' - which we are all, truly, relieved to know.
Massive congratulations Chrissy and John - we cannot wait to see her!
Shortly before the couple revealed that they were expecting, the model spoke candidly about their struggle to conceive.
'I will say honestly John and I were having trouble. We would have had kids five, six years ago if it happened, but my gosh, it’s been a process,' Chrissy said. 'We've seen fertility doctors and once you open up about those things to other people you learn that a lot of other people in your life are seeing these people and they have this shame about it.'
Teigen also spoke about people's interest in when the couple would start a family - questions that no doubt ring familar with many other couples too...
Teigen said at the time: 'It’s kind of crazy because I can't imagine being that nosy to be like, "So, when are the kids coming?" because who knows what somebody's going through?' Chrissy added. 'So anytime somebody asks if I'm going to have kids I'm just like, "One day you're going to ask that to the wrong girl who is really struggling and it's going to be really hurtful to them and I hate that. Stop asking me."'
