It's hard to think of Chris Pratt having the capability of offending anyone. After all, Chris Pratt and Anna Faris are one of Hollywood's most loveable couples, and just recently the Guardians of the Galaxy actor gave a very emotional interview about the death of his father.
However, Chris Pratt has recently been forced to take to his Instagram account and apologise to his fans after offending thousands with a post many users have called 'ignorant'.
Earlier this week, the actor uploaded a video to his Instagram account, during which he asked viewers to turn up the volume instead of relying on subtitles. It wasn't long before viewers hit back at the star for not being sensitive to those who are hard of hearing, and have no choice but to rely on subtitles in order to understand what is going on.
The video was promoting Chris' latest film, Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and has since been removed.
Instead, the actor has uploaded a video in which he delivers an extremely heartfelt apology to all of those he may have offended in the post he now realises was 'insensitive' and 'ignorant'.
'More than 38 million Americans live with some sort of hearing disability. So I want to apologize. I have people in my life who are hearing-impaired, and the last thing in the world I would want to do is offend them or anybody who suffers from hearing loss or any other disability. So truly from the bottom of my heart I apologize. ' The star explained.

To add to the sincerity of his apology, Chris even apologised in American sign language throughout the video.
'This is one of those moments where I screwed up and here's me begging your pardon. I hope you accept my apology.'
