Since Cheryl and Liam Payne welcomed their first child, Bear Grey Payne, back in March, the couple have been fiercely protective of their privacy. While Liam has been promoting his debut album, he has given us tidbits of information about his son - revealing the real reason why they chose such an unusual name, and sharing rare intimate snaps of his life at home with Cheryl.
The former Girls Aloud singer, however, has avoided speaking publicly since giving birth. Despite being spotted out and about in recent weeks, and announcing her comeback on social media, she has kept herself well and truly under the radar.
But that's about to change as Cheryl's first interview since welcoming baby Bear will be aired on This Morning later this week. On Wednesday, fans are expecting to hear cute stories about her bundle of joy, and will be hoping for insight into Cheryl's life as a mother.
One thing we know that Cheryl will be discussing is her beauty tips for new mums, which are actually pretty useful for absolutely everyone. In a trailer for the upcoming interview, Cheryl shares her beauty secret - and you probably already have it in your kitchen.
'My top tips for new mams would be, you don't always get time to moisturise,' she starts.

'If you've jumped in the shower quickly while they're napping, or have a quick bath, so my thing would be, go in the bath and put in bath oil in with you so you don't have to worry about that and you're moisturised when you come out.'
Genius.
She continued: 'I use coconut oil from head to toe. Literally, you can eat it, put it on your hair and you can put it on your face, your body. It's brilliant stuff.'
We're hoping that while Cheryl is staying out of the spotlight she's at home working on a beauty bible because new mam or not, these are the kind of cheap and cheerful hacks we need in our lives.
We'll be tuning in to ITV on Wednesday to see her interview on This Morning at 10.30am - will you?
