Charlize Theron has been honoured for her humanitarian work at the World Economic Forum's annual Crystal Award Ceremony, proving that not only is she talented and beautiful, she has a heart of gold too.
The Oscar-winning actress was awarded the World Economic Forum’s Crystal Award for her commitment to improving the lives of Africa's young people, in particular those suffering from HIV and AIDS, through her Foundation: the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach project.
Speaking at the event, where she looked chic in a teal dress and with her pixie crop givinGg an edgy vibe, Theron said: 'This is a great honour. There is a pretty hefty brain trust in this room right now, I feel like I'm getting smarter by osmosis. In all sincerity, I feel incredibly honoured to receive the Crystal Award tonight.
