Carey Mulligan reveals she can easily keep her personal life private thanks to husband Marcus Mumford's fame
Carey Mulligan might be starring in one of the most hotly-anticipated flicks ever but she says she doesn't get recognised, instead her husband Marcus Mumford receives all the attention.
The gorgeous British actress, who plays Daisy Buchanan the soon-to-be released film adapatation of F.Scott Fitzgerald's 'The Great Gatsby' novel, has revealed she can easily keep her personal life private thanks to husband Marcus Mumford's fame.
‘I’m not worried about being a household name,’ Carey admitted. ‘I never get recognised. My husband is recognised all the time. His fans barely look at me.’
The 27-year-old actress, who married the Mumford & Sons frontman last April, also revealed that she is nothing like her troubled Great Gatsby character, telling Look magazine: I feel exactly the opposite. There are very few similarities between us.
'She’s much more feminine. She’s much more groomed and she’s a little directionless. I think I have a little more direction!
