You can finally buy Caitlyn Jenner's MAC Lipstick.
After months of teasing from both Caitlyn Jenner and MAC Cosmetics, the results of the beauty brand’s latest collaboration is finally here. That’s right, you can finally buy Caitlyn Jenner’s Viva Glam MAC lipstick.
Revealing the rosy nude shade on Instagram today, Caitlyn was also finally able to reveal the name of her lipstick, and she’s gone for something very poignant indeed.
Captioning the post, she wrote: “Finally Free Lipstick is here! @maccosmetics 100% of sales go to Trans programs.”
The phrase ‘finally free’ is one that has become synonymous with Caitlyn since she first went public about her transition last year. It’s even become one of her most used hashtags on social media, and so seems incredibly fitting now for her MAC collaboration.

Explaining her shade and name choice in an interview with MAC Culture, Caitlyn says: “I like a little colour on my lips, not a lot during the day. And this rosy nude is the colour I’ve gone to.

“To be honest, I want people to use it every day so they have to buy more. I want to raise a lot of money. It’s very simple. I wanted a name that I use, and which represents the community. This is who I am: Finally Free.”
Caitlyn also revealed in the interview that teaming up with MAC has been a dream come true, and something that she never thought would actually happen.
“My ultimate fantasy - I never thought in a million years that it would ever happen - was to get involved with a makeup company.
“When you're going through all of this, that’s just, like, never going to happen, but wouldn't it be something to be involved in a project like that? Boy, watch out what you wish for, because it came true.”
“MAC was the first to come to me [after my transition], and a company, I realized, would really make a big commitment. I knew the Viva Glam campaigns; I saw that the proceeds were going, in those cases, mainly to AIDS and HIV causes, and I was wondering if they were interested in doing something specifically geared toward trans issues, because we need funding.”
The lipstick is exclusively available at maccosmetics.com, $17 (around £12).
