Britney Spears is being sued by her ex-bodyguard for sexual harrassment and emotional distress
Singer Britney Spears is being sued by her ex-bodyguard, who claims the star subjected him to sexual harrassment and emotional distress.
Fernando Flores worked for Britney earlier this year. He is accusing the 28-year-old singer of repeatedly exposing herself and having sex in front of him.
Flores filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court today, which alleges the Toxic singer made repeated, unwanted sexual advances and once called him to her bedroom where she stood naked in front of him.
He also claims Britney caused him emotional distress by having violent arguments with her boyfriend in front of her two sons, Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden James, 3.
As part of the lawsuit, he is also alleging Britney hit her children with his belt and had sex while they were in her hotel suite.
Britney's family have called the lawsuit 'absurd', reports the Daily Mail, while a lawyer for her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, said the case was 'baseless'.

Mark Vincent Kaplan said Flores' accusations were motivated by money and 'are as baseless as they seem'.
Flores worked for Britney from February to July this year. His allegations of child abuse led to an investigation by the Los Angeles Family Services Department, but this was dropped when officials decided the claims had no merit.
The former minder is also suing his employers, Advanced Security Concepts Corporation, of ignoring or mocking his complaints over Britney's alleged behaviour.
