Britney Spears has sacked her personal trainer Derek DeGrazio after his rigorous workouts proved too much for the songstress - and boyfriend Jason Trawick told her 'not to stress about it'.
The 30-year-old singer hired DeGrazio, who has also worked with Melanie Brown, Kim Kardashian and Christina Applegate, in May to get her back in shape and prepare her for the strenuous stage performances during her current Femme Fatale world tour.

Having spent her life in the media glare, it seems Miss Spears is happy to relax a little and credits Jason Trawick with giving her that self-confidence.
"[Britney] knows Jason loves her no matter what and he has encouraged her not to stress about it."

"Derek felt Britney made him look bad when she cheated on her diet," the source added.
Mum-of-two Spears recently revealed that she finds it difficult to find motivation to work out but her taxing tour schedule means she has to exerciset for five hours a day, six days a week.
