Teenage dreams do come true.
According to The Sun, Keith Duffy of Boyzone and Brian McFadden of Westlife are merging to tour as a new supergroup: Boyzlife.
It’s set to be a perfect pop storm that will make us feel 14 again, which is stirring, emotionally.
Putting any past boyband rivalries to bed for good, the pair will be performing hits like No Matter What and Flying Without Wings to crowds across the UK.
Yes, it’s just like that time Busted and McFly merged to form McBusted. At first, it seemed an unlikely and potentially misguided move, but it turned out to be a ginormous success (much like cronuts, yum). McBusted ended their tour headlining a 65,000-capacity Hyde Park show.
The Hilton hotel group is backing the Boyzlife project, which will see the two stars collaborate to take their respective bands’ hits to the stage once more.

And early signs suggest all nine members of the two groups could soon be involved.
At Ronan Keating’s wedding last year McFadden told The Sun:
“We all had a chat, the lads. We said it would be amazing.
“Not even just performing together, but can you imagine the craic? Nine of us Irish lads on a tour bus together, going round the world together.
“It would be absolute carnage. We all get on so well so you never know. We would have so much fun on tour.
“We could end up adding more people to the next one. Right now this is about me and Keith but the door is always open.”
Boyzlife 12 date tour starts in London on 16 October. And that’s just the beginning: the pair has also revealed that they’re keen to do a spin-off reality TV show and write new music together.
