Blake Fielder-Civil gets jail sentence ? but where was Amy?
Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil yesterday received a 27-month jail sentence for assault – but his singer wife was a no-show at his hearing.
Instead, it was his reported 'girlfriend', German model Sophie Schandorff, who burst into tears outside the courtroom upon hearing the verdict.
Fielder-Civil admitted attacking the 36-year-old landlord of a pub in Hoxton, east London, in June 2006.
He and a friend, Michael Brown, attacked James King outside the Macbeth pub, said Judge David Radford, adding: 'In joining the attack, you behaved in a gratuitous, cowardly and disgraceful way.'
The 26-year-old from Camden also admitted plotting with Anthony Kelly and James Kennedy to give £200,000 to Mr King as hush money.
The judge rejected a request from Blake to serve the remainder of his sentence in a drug rehab centre.
