The Secret Diary of a Call Girl actress and her hubby, Laurence, already have a three-year-old son, Winston Fox, together and are now due to have another baby in April.
However, Billie - who is now 15 weeks along - had only just secured a role in a new London play Reasons To Be Pretty when she found out she was pregnant again.
The singer-turned-actress was reportedly worried her pregnancy would affect her role and offered to withdraw from the play before its official opening in the West End on 10 November.
However, the play's director, Michael Attenborough and writer Neil LaBute wanted her to continue, and have said they will re-jig the text to accomodate for her pregnancy.

Michael Attenborough told the Daily Mail newspaper, 'She was upset and told me she was pregnant. She very generously offered to withdraw from the show.'
Luckily for Billie her character Carly also finds out she is pregnant during the play.
Michael continued: 'She was Neil LaBute's and my first choice for the part - and fortunately the character is pregnant - so with a bit of judicious re-writing we're all delighted she'll be with us.'
By the end of the play's run in January Billie will be more than six months pregnant. We just hope she can continue to keep up acting. After her last pregnancy she said she was 'exhausted'.
The 29-year-old actress had previously said she would like to have another child although was in no hurry.
The one-time 'Doctor Who' star said: 'I am one of four and I always thought I would have a big family. Who knows what will happen? It's funny because when you get engaged, everyone asks when you are marrying. Then when you have a child, they ask when you are going to have a second one. We will just have to wait and see.'
