Beyonce has had to bow out of her filming commitments thanks to her hectic schedule
Beyonce has been forced to pull out of her role in Oscar-winning Clint Eastwood’s latest on-screen offering, the remake of A Star is Born because of clashing schedules.
The new mum was to lend her vocals, acting skills and stunning looks to a remake of the romantic drama that sees a young ambitious performer fall in love with an older fading star.
No doubt disappointed by the latest developments, the singer released a statement to E! News saying: 'I was looking forward to the production of A Star Is Born and the opportunity to work with Clint Eastwood.
'For months we tried to coordinate our schedules to bring this remake to life but it was just not possible. Hopefully in the future we will get a chance to work together.'

He has a tough act to follow, though, the film has three versions already, first in 1937 with the leads going to Janet Gaynor and Fredric March, who were followed by Judy Garland and James Mason in the 1954 version, before Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson brought the characters to life once again in 1976.
The latest remake would have been the perfect addition to Beyonce’s impressive catalogue of acting efforts, which include Dream Girls, The Pink Panther and Austin Powers' Goldmember.
There’s literally no stopping Beyonce’s incredible career right now, apart from her schedule of course!
