She's one of the biggest female faces in music, with tour that sold out in just minutes. Now Beyonce's given an honest new interview, revealing she thinks there should be more women moguls in the music industry.

Beyonce also told The Gentlewoman magazine that she's taken a stronger control over her brand, for the sake of one-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.
She said: 'I’m controlling my content, controlling my brand and archiving it for my daughter and making sure she has it and she respects it but there’s not enough of us that become moguls.
'And I think there are many ways to get there.'
The bi-annual publication, which describes itself as a 'fabulous publication for modern women of style and purpose' which 'celebrates inspirational women through the distinctive combination of glamour, personality and warmth.'

Speaking of Beyonce's interview, Editor-in-chief Penny Martin, said: 'It’s an amazing compliment, especially that she engaged so wholeheartedly.
'She knew our magazine well and understood our preference for reality over fantasy.'
Earlier this year, Beyonce told GQ how becoming a member of Destiny's Child at a young age taught her that she should always be in control.
'When I was writing the Destiny's Child songs, it was a big thing to be that young and taking control. And the label at the time didn't know that we were going to be that successful, so they gave us all control. And I got used to it. It is my goal in life to be that example,' she said.
'I now know that, yes, I am powerful. I'm more powerful than my mind can even digest and understand.
I worked so hard during my childhood to meet this goal: by the time I was 30 years old, I could do what I want. I've reached that. I feel very fortunate to be in that position.'
