Beyoncé has revealed that she tells daughter Blue Ivy every day that she can grow up to be president of the United States.
Speaking in an inspiring new video as part of the Chime for Change campaign, the singer talks about female empowerment and how she is already encouraging her daughter to aim for the top, even though she is only one-year-old.
Beyoncé says in the clip: 'I'm telling my daughter every day, you know you can be president, you know it's possible. I know she has no idea why I'm saying that, but at one-year-old, I'm like, you know you can be president.'
The songstress, who is the co-founder and artistic director of the Gucci founded girls' and women's empowerment initiative, joins a star-studded line-up in the new video appearing alongside co-founders Salma Hayek and Gucci's Frida Giannini.
